First Day as a Blogger

Greetings Fellow Bloggers, I realize I'm a little behind the times, but am excited to start blogging. I have enjoyed so many of your blog sites and my family and I have enjoyed and appreciated many of your recipes. So.....here we go! The picture you're viewing is of my handsome husband Mike, my number two son (with the beard), Aaron P., my Army Boy and number three son, Jeremy, and the newest addition to our family our fourth son, Aaron J. Missing from the picture are my oldest son, Shawn and Mike's two boys, Michael and Matthew. Thus pic. was taken Christmas morning 2009. All the boys were in their matching jammies. They were in charge of dishes since Beth, my beautiful daughter-in-law and I made the fabulous breakfast and took care of my beautiful little grandaughters.

This was my favorite Christmas of all. It was baby Lauren's first Christmas and we all got to spend it together. Don't you just love that I was able to get matching jammies for the girls? :)

And last, but certainly not least, our precious little guy, Aaron J. This was his first Christmas season with snow. Duh-uh...this is because we just moved here from Arizona. He was sooooo excited to make snowmen. The tall one is Dad, next is Mom, and the little one is Aaron. What you can't see is the little snow-dog he made to represent our dogs :)

So....... now we're getting ready for Valentine's Day. Next week at AWANA, the kids are supposed to be covered in hearts. I found a web site call favecrafts.com and found a great pattern for crocheting hearts. I'm going to start crocheting these puppies today. I'll take pics and post when done.
